    What's great and what's not

    The breakfast was great with diverse menu choices made to order. Staff were warm and helpful, providing excellent service and local transport guidance.

    Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Regional Studies Museum was particularly good and magnificent. The standard room was huge, included a heated floor and a shower. It was surely a fine stay of 3 nights.

    Their staff were very busy.

    Had ENJOYABLE stay of 3 nights. We ate at a popular restaurant for dinner. Inner courtyard view was a bonus. The room was good-sized and well-appointed, the location was good central.

    The breakfast was the best around, and the selection at the restaurant was excellent. Every time we visited, the food quality amazed us. The unique design of our junior suite was so comfortable, and the lovely environment made it perfect for shooting our product videos.

    Luxury hotel, recently renovated rooms. Excellent and extremely friendly staffs, gave a few recommendations. Comfortable room with English channel and complimentary toiletries, as example. Favourable, magnificent location in the shopping area. Small restaurant for dinner. Good experience there.

    The spacious room was perfect for our large family, with great furnishings and a cozy bed. The highlight, though, was definitely the restaurant. We indulged in their amazing meals nightly, particularly enjoying the great breakfast options that set us up for our days exploring Samarkand.

    In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathroom setup.

    I was impressed with the great location, just a short walk to several landmarks. The breakfast was included and great. The coffee machine in the room served an excellent brew.

    The garden view room offered a peaceful retreat, and the breakfast menu was excellent, awesome for freshly made dishes that consistently delighted. Staff were attentive and provided assistance with navigating local transportation, made exploring the area easier. While the decor was charming, occasional noise from the outdoor courtyard was noticeable, and room cleaning felt a bit rushed at times .

    The spacious room with comfortable beds made coming back after a day of exploring a joy. It's just a quick walk to some fine landmarks like Gur-e-Amir and the historic Khwaja Khadir Mosque that are both less than 1 km away.

    Loved the outdoor courtyard connecting the hotel to the restaurant, and the breakfast was seriously great with loads of options. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and spacious with all the necessities.
